This Privacy Policy describes how the MY DRONE EXPO organising committee (NAICO) ("we", "us") collects, uses and safeguards information you provide through mydroneexpo.com and related communications. We comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Information We Collect

When you complete forms on this site (exhibitor application, visitor registration, sponsorship, contact, China Pavilion enquiry, newsletter signup), we collect: name, email, phone, company, country, job title, and the content of your message.

We also automatically log technical data (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to your enquiry or application.
  • Send event updates, agenda confirmations and logistical details.
  • Conduct buyer-seller business matching with your prior consent.
  • Generate aggregate, non-identifying statistics about visitor profiles.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: (a) trusted service providers (email, CRM, payment processors) who assist event operations under confidentiality agreements; (b) MAEPS venue and security partners for on-site access management; (c) sponsors or exhibitors only with your explicit opt-in consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for 24 months after the event. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

5. Your Rights

6. Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies β€” only those required for language preference, form security (anti-spam tokens) and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
